Our Directorship Program operates like a paid internship. Directors command the biggest pay once they graduate and are fully ready to take over a facility of their own. 

Our Master Pros have gone through a thorough on-court and off-court training and are prepared to manage a group of coaches with ease. They are the highest paid of all the Pros. 

Our Starting pros must go through a summer camp training upon arrival that will prepare them to manage small to large groups of players. They must be excellent players and teachers.
